To
place an order, click on the
button on the product you wish to purchase. It'll re-direct you to the Goped.com:
Go-Shop website where you'll be able to add the desired go-gear item to a shopping
cart and purchase with your visa or mastercard. Here are detailed steps:  | STEP1:
Click on the
'Order Information' button that'll direct you to Goped.com's Go-Shop |  | STEP2:
In the
new window open, which is the Go-Shop, click on the Go-Gear link which will open
up the list of products we sell. NOTE: The Item you may
be looking for might be under a different category such as Accessories (Bags,
Tow-Peds, Sat-Squaches, etc). |  | STEP3:
Find the
item you are looking for, refering to the part number or item discription, and
enter in the quantity of items you wish to order on the right side. |  | STEP4:
When finish
typing in quantity numbers for the items desired, scroll all the way down and
click on the button 'Update Cart'. This will add the items you selected to your
shopping cart. |  | STEP5:
When done
adding items to your 'cart', near the bottom of the window you'll find a 'check
out' button. Click that to finish and purchase your order. |  | STEP6:
After clicking
the 'check out' button, the next page will show you what you have added to your
shopping cart. When ready, enter in your E-MAIL ADDRESS (ex. johndoe@goped.com)
and your password... then your SAME password again. NOTE:
Please remember your EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD are CASE SENSITIVE when using
Go-Shop. |  | STEP7:
Click the
'Next' button when done and fill out the rest of the steps. It will start to ask
you for your Credit Card Number, Mailing/Shipping Address, and other personal
information required for a safe shipment. Read the Privacy Statement to get details
on how we handle your personal information. |
How
do I know that my order has been shipped? |
Assuming
you entered in your CORRECT email address and Credit Card number. You will receive
TWO (2) emails after you have completed your order. First
Email: Will confirm that we have received your order and is currently in the
process of being shipped. Second Email:
This is an INVOICE. This email will contain an ORDER NUMBER that you can use to
track your package. Click
here to track your package.
How
do I track my my order? |
When
you have received your second email from the Go-Shop, it will contain an INVOICE
NUMBER which you can use to track you package. Click
here to track your package. Is
your invoice number not working? It is most likely you arn't typing in your invoice
number correctly. Make sure it begins with a "00" (zero-zero) and to
omit the "-IN" in the in the voice number (ex. 0017556) FREE
SHIPPING on orders above $100. Orders at or below $99.99 will be charged a $19.95
Shipping / handling charge.

you accept international Orders? |

International orders are NOT accepted at this time.
Can
I return/exchange my product? |
Returning
product(s)--- - 30 days to return products
- Items
must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all
warranty cards*, manuals*

restocking fee for anything returned
- All
returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has
arrived at the warehouse.
Exchange product(s)--- - We
stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned
within 30 days for the SAME replacement when available.

you have received the Invoice Number (verifying that your order has been ship
and is now trackable through Go-Track)
we ship all our shipment via UPS ground. Use this

Yes,
but the actual difference of the shipping cost will be added to your order. Why
can't I track my order? |
When
you place an order, you'll receive two emails. The first one will have your Order
Number. Then when we've had a chance to package and ship the item(s), you'll receieve
a second email which will have your Invoice Number. You need the Invoice Number
inorder to use Go-Track. Is
your invoice number not working? It is most likely you arn't typing in your invoice
number correctly. Make sure it begins with a "00" (zero-zero) and to
omit the "-IN" in the in the voice number (ex. 0017556) Why
can't I find the product I am looking for? |
If you can't find the product you are looking for there
are two possibilities. 1) To be the most likely situation, we are out of stock
of the product and will be placed back into Go-Shop as soon as we get inventory.
2) The part is discontinued and is no longer carried by Patmont Motor Werks I

This is a very common problem and is easily fixed by allow
your Internet Browser (ex. Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc) to accept all cookies.
