department to match.

PMW Marketing Director and Customer Service team leader "AC"
came to PMW through its Go-Ped® Europa connections. She was trained in International
marketing in Dublin Ireland which helped her to create amazing Go-Ped® marketing
results in Europe, all from her post in California. Her success is through her
excellent customer service skills. As these are the exact elements that PMW needs
to maintain its global scooter leadership, "AC" was asked to manage
US Go-Ped® Customer Service as well. Her attention to detail causes her to
be one of the first in and last to leave her desk, and she was selected as one
of PMW's employees of the year in 2001 and 2002. Scott
Bolton
PMW Marketing Associate Scott is multi talented
with several years of actual Go-Ped® dealership experience. He has been with
PMW since 2000 in various roles that give him special technical qualifications
for dealership and customer service details. Scott manages the Dealership Training
seminars, Trade show details in Europe and USA, Shop Manual publishing, Dealer
Go-News editor, and he sets up new dealers. PMW and its customers are very fortunate
to have Scott's special customer service touch on this PMW team. Margaret
Kille
PMW Customer Service Margaret is the newest
member of our CS Team, but comes to the Go-Ped® family with many years of
Customer service training and experience. Her background is from the high tech
hardware and software industry and she was previously in Hewlett Packard's Customer
Service Department. Margaret has already brought much expertise to improve our
current CS procedures and is an excellent Go-Ped® customers’ advocate,
rapidly learning the many detailed technical issues that come with our unique
transportation products. Tim West
Accounts Receivable
/ Customer Service Tim is the important person that processes
the daily invoices and orders received on the PMW Go-Shop electronic ordering
system. He works closely with the credit card banking industry, the Go-Kredit
Office, PMW shipping department, and customers that need any help he can give
them. Tim's excellent Customer Service, and "smooth under pressure"
skills were developed in the banking industry where he has many years of experience. Ashley
Jones
US and International Customer Service Ashley
originally answered all of our important incoming phone calls here at PMW, and
became quite proficient at helping customers with whatever needs they might have.
She demonstrated desire to help customers with her very friendly, kind and professional
technique made her a perfect fit on our Customer Service team. She has also learned
quickly under Anne-Cecile’s direction in the very complicated International
customer relations and order processing and attends to shipping detail in countless
countries around the globe. Steve Barnes
Sales
and Technical Support Specialist Steve, also known in IGPA
Go-Ped® racing circles as "Dough Boy", has a natural talent at helping
Go-Ped® dealers and customers. He has extensive retail experience and excellent
customer service background that is greatly enhanced by his Go-Ped® repair
and racing experience. This has qualified him as one of the main "go to"
guys with our extensive Go-Ped® product line, whenever technical customer
service questions arise . Steve also runs the factory Go-Shop, and is becoming
a strong influence with the ever improving Go-Gear selection of clothing and safety
equipment available from PMW's online Go-Shop. Brian
Todd
PMW Shipping Department Manager Affectionately
known as "B-Dogg", Brian is another one of our important "customer
servers." Though he and his crew may not work directly with customers very
often, they are the ones responsible for satisfying customers with the Go-Peds
and parts they have ordered. Though still searching for "perfection,"
PMW is proud of its shipping success rate, and short lead times of a very high
percentage of items sold here. Due to Brian and his crew's tireless, enthusiastic,
and sometimes heroic efforts, we know that PMW is not only this industrys leader
in customer shipment satisfaction, but a model for many other industries as well. Dave
Lindsay
Go-Kredit Manager Dave is one of PMW's most
experienced customer service professionals, and was previously with IBM Credit
for 10 years. He helped PMW set up the very innovative Go-Kredit department that
he manages specifically to help Go-Ped® Authorized dealers (PMW's only customers)
purchase their orders using their Go-Kredit account. This gives qualified dealers
the ability to order to their credit limit, on terms that give them a 2% discount,
and 30 days to pay without a finance charge. Dave excels at managing this system,
and will be happy to set those dealers up that have not yet taken advantage of

Warranty and Technical Service  Ron
Fortenbury
Ron, a long time Go-Crafter and Go-Ped®
Family Member has been recruited to contract out the US Go-Ped® Warranty system
from his central National location of Omaha Nebraska. Among Ron's many separate
qualifications, he is an excellent business man, founder of the IGPA, IGPA race
director, and original five star authorized Go-Ped® dealer. Ron has also been
handling the Go-Ped® Tech Line for quite some time now. His professional demeanor,
and desire and skill result in positive outcomes with customers and dealers alike,
exactly what the Go-Ped® Brand stands for. Blaze
Smith One of our most enthusiastic GoCrafters, and one
of our most qualified technicians, Blaze has several years experience in Warranty
credit and technical customer service details. Previously in Go-Ped® repairs,
Blaze is also a professional Go-Ped® Mechanic for Scott's Motorsports, and
keeps several of the pro team Go-Ped® riders in the front of the pack at IGPA
Races and high over the Robo Ramp at Team Go-Ped® Demos. His competitive desire
to help any customer's technical problem become a positive outcome is what helps
set PMW apart from its competition. Angela Sobrero Telephone
receptionist and Warranty registration data entry Angela
is very efficient at directing your important incoming calls to the right person
and is the first person a caller usually talks to when contacting PMW. She also
inputs into the computer the data from hundreds of Warranty Registration forms
that are returned to PMW daily. This important information then can efficiently
serve to help any warranty requests from customers or dealers.
