PMW is excited to announce our Fall 2002 Sale Price schedule on all Go-Ped® scooters. This price reduction on all units will be in effect from August 26th until November 1st, 2002. The new schedules should allow many of you to keep your current prices while securing higher margins. Please note that the new price you will see on the "Dealer Go-Shop" page is the "Credit Card E-Commerce" price. When you use other suggested forms of payment instead of a Credit Card (Go-Kredit®, wire transfer, cashier's check or company check), you will receive an additional 2% off the invoice...automatically. Contact Dave Lindsay at lindsayd@goped.com for further information on Go-Kredit®. Inquiries regarding payment via wire transfers, direct deposit, and checks should be directed to Grant West, who can be reached at twest@goped.com. When you place an order for over $15,000, you will receive an additional 3% off of invoice. PMW does not accept credit cards on orders over $10,000. PMW has altered the volume discount schedule so you as a dealer will not have to purchase as much as before, but will benefit from even further savings. We feel this will help you prepare for the coming Christmas season that is just around the corner. We hope you feel valued as part of our family, and we hope this pricing structure helps you in your business as an authorized Go Ped® dealer! Related Link(s): Dealer Go-Shop
The 5 Star Dealer Rating System was designed
to help the consumer locate the best, most convenient PMW Go-Ped® dealer in their
local area. In conjunction with Map Quest, the "Find A Dealer" locator on www.goped.com
directs potential Go-Ped® purchasers to local dealers in their area. The MapQuest
function selects the 5 closest Dealers, geographically, to the inputted address.
This service supplies a printable map with driving instructions right to the front
door of all PMW Go-Ped® dealers.
The dealer rating is intended to promote and bring recognition to dealers who represent the Go Ped® family of products the best with comprehensive sales, service, and protection of the Go-Ped® brand name. We have elected to utilize a "5 Star" dealer rating system that emphasizes total customer support. . Since the consumer has typed in www.goped.com, using our brand name to find our products, we feel that this rating system rewards the dealers who best represent us. We look forward to all dealers striving to be the best, and look forward to helping you become a PMW recognized "Gold Star Dealer!" Related Link(s): Find A Dealer
A few months ago PMW introduced
our first ever chain driven scooter, the GSR40. Since then we have also introduced
the GSR40 TS Interceptor, with enhanced features and special engine mods by Go-Ped®
Legend Trevor Simpson. We could have stopped Both models now come with
clamp-on throttle levers and relocated kill switches. The clamp-on throttle allows
the handlebar controls to be easily rotated to the user's preferred locations.
Shorter riders may want the brake and throttle flat, whereas taller riders may
want them pointed almost straight down. Now, it's up to the rider! Just loosen
the bolts, rotate the controls, and re-tighten. If you do change the factory setup,
be sure that the throttle is positioned so that it is not impeded by the brake
lever! (see photo) The standard GSR40 has another feature just introduced, an all-aluminum carrying bracket! The chain-guide-mount now serves as a solid mount for carrying your folded GSR. Our standard hook is installed on the T-bar, and hooks to the lower bracket when folded. Simple and very tough! Works with the GSR Luggage Rack too! Here's a change that affects both GSRs and Super Bigfoots: a see-through Gray Gas Tank! Now it's easy to see how much fuel you have left! Extensive development resulted in a cool new look which is just as functional as our original white tank. The new tank also bears the Go-Ped® logo! Capacity is 1.5L just like the old black tank it replaces. With all of these improvements to the big wheeled scooters, we haven't forgotten about the Sport line either. The Sport, X-ped, Super X-ped now have stronger fenders which will stand up to abuse from even the most aggressive rider. They have a new design too, which makes them easy to spot. PMW is committed to continually improving our product. Watch this space for more updates in the future. Related Link(s): Go-Ped.com: GSR40
Get your GSRs ready to race! Better
hurry, the IGPA has added a new class of racing - the 41.5 cc road race class
for Amatuers and Pros! You can modify your GSR's exhaust, carburetion, and drive
train. However, This class will utilize the Go-Quad coarse and has NO jumps. All other Go-Ped scooters will be allowed to compete in this class too. This race is going to be FAST - we recommend wearing leathers!. Stay tuned! The next IGPA Race will be announced soon - visit www.igpa.net for the details. Related Link(s): IGPA , Events , GSR40
One example of this is now all Super Bigfoots come standard with Bothy Forks. Although it is likely your average extreme Go-Ped customer will never need the additional strength of a Bothy Fork, it is the choice for Team Go-Ped while they push the limits of extreme Go-Pedding. This will not effect the price of the Super Bigfoot as PMW is always working on ways to improve their products while lowering the cost to dealers. Related Link(s): Super Bigfoot , Events
