GP Racing Slick Wheel Kitby Jim Robbinstop

NOW AVAILABLE!

Just in time for Christmas, PMW will start shipping the new GP Racing Slick Wheel Kit. Some of you may have seen early prototypes of this new kit at the IGPA World Finals in Vegas last month. In fact they were installed on Gabe Patmont's GSR Interceptor when he won the Pro 41.5cc race! This kit is designed to bolt up on any GSR Interceptor, or GSR40 with a *Bothy front fork.

The motorcycle-style racing slicks provide unbelievable amounts of grip. They are made with an Ultra Soft, 40-shore durometer. When you get your hands on a set, compare it to our regular tires. Huge difference! The tires are also tubeless radials, just like what you find on a race motorcycle. Although they are low profile, the diameter is a little larger than the standard tires, which means that the top speed will be increased slightly.

The kits also features great looking Five Spoke Alloy Rims, Billet Aluminum Hubs, and a slimmed down low-profile rear fender. We assemble the kits with brake rotors and sprockets at the factory, so that all you have to do is bolt the whole assembly to your customer's scooter.

These GP wheels will be a must-have for serious racers and serious mod-ers alike!

We have a very limited supply before Christmas so we are asking dealers to order them separately and limiting 3 sets per order until supplies last.

All other units will be back ordered until next year.

Sorry, but no discounts will apply on these first units.

Check Go-Shop for pricing

Part# 2220

*PMW recommends using a Bothie Fork with the PMT Kit. It is possible to install the front wheel on a Leftie Fork, but you will need to purchase a 7” long 5/8-18 Grade 8 (or better) bolt for a
front axle. You will also need to use the ¾” long aluminum spacer which you removed from its position between the old rear wheel and tank mount plate.

Electric Motor Update by Scott Boltontop

Many are wondering, what's up with the electric motors? Can we order motors? Are they available? Are complete units available?

The development of the Electric Go-Ped® has been challenging. We have certainly appreciated your patience and commitment to our Electric line of scooter's.

Unfortunately, there has been a few manufacturing issues with the motor that are out of PMW's control. The primary issue with the motors are that they are prematurely shutting off. This symptom is most commonly seen in motors beginning with Litton Date Code "D/C 01## C" (this can be found on the motor label).

PMW is addressing the issue by having an outside contractor in New Hampshire rework and fix the motors one by one. The rework consist of opening the motors up, removing the manufacturer installed Thermistor and reinstalling our own Thermistor in the optimal location.

Look for our all new Go-Ped® Electric in Spring '03!

Thank you again for your patience.

Dear Valued PMW Dealers,

Introducing the California Go Ped® Sport S25!

PMW is pleased to announce a Christmas surprise for our dealers! The all new Sport S25® is now available for immediate purchase for the holidays. Just like the original, this direct drive improvement on the original Sport® comes with the popular heavy duty frame, larger "pill" style deck, and 25cc's of "Stratocharged" power for a faster, quieter ride. The available colors are in our traditional Red, and Blue, as well as Black. These are available for order now, and we will be shipping these units starting next week.

Hot New Xmas Deals!

Also, we are pleased to announce that PMW's current price structure will remain in effect until Spring of 2003. We want to help you make this a great Christmas selling season. As an incentive to our dealers, we are offering added discounts off of all invoices through the end of 2002 when you include Sport S25®'s to your order. Here's how it works:

For any 5 Sport S25®'s ordered, you will receive an additional 1% off of the total invoice. Order 10, and you get 2% off. Quantities of 15 gets you 3% off....Order up to the maximum of 20 and take an additional 4% off the total invoice, regardless of whatever else is on the invoice. This added discount opportunity will be in effect through the end of 2002, and we think that these extra savings will help you make this a very good Christmas selling season.

Happy Holidays from all of us at PMW. We appreciate your support!

Season's Greeting from the Accounting Department,

We at PMW expect this Christmas season to be a very busy one, so here are a few suggestions to help speed up, and more importantly, complete your order efficiently and accurately as possible.

1. When sending your orders please make sure that all payment information is complete.
2. Parts orders are generally a day or two longer than just ped orders.. If you separate your parts order from your Ped order your parts and peds will be shipped more timely.
3. If you are planning to pay by check or wire, please call Grant West ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements.
4. Remember that Go-Kredit® customers may not use warranty credits for their orders.
5. Customers placing orders using warranty credits may do so online. Just remember to put the credit memo number(s) in the comment field and then click on "terms". Do not enter any credit card information.
6. Please refer to map for the delivery times for UPS. Also understand that during the Christmas Holiday, UPS cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Keep in mind that 4-6 DAY LEAD TIME means we need up to 6 days to process and ship that order and does not include actual time in transit.

G23LH Engine Status Clarification: top

Recently there was a news paper article that incorrectly stated that our engine supplier, Komatsu Zenoah, will no longer sell the G23LH engine to PMW.

To clarify the situation, shipments of Komatsu Zenoah engines have not been halted. Komatsu Zenoah, out of respect for CARB's competition engine regulations for California, which allows for such engines, was temporarily holding shipments with certain racing engines until a better understanding could be reached.

We expect the scooters with the G23LH engines, as well as all our other engines, to be around for as long as our dealers wish to sell them in compliance with all applicable laws.
