This will advise that William D. McCann served as this the general counsel for GoPed® between 1989 and 2005 and during that time acted with integrity, distinction, and professionalism. He is a lawyer's lawyer.

Assisted by his litigation team, he won or resolved favorably in excess ofsixty (60) litigations, including obtaining judgments of validity and infringement of several key GoPed® intellectual properties; we cannot think of a single case he lost.

Beginning in year 2000 various bureaucracies in the State of California wrongfully attacked GoPed®. The corporation was forced to relocate to the State of Nevada, a jurisdiction more hospitable to American innovation than California. Mr. McCann successfully helped us repel these attacks, and relocate. During this period, he himself was wrongfully attacked by California bureaucracies; we are confident that in the final analysis he will vanquish them, and we wish him God speed in that attempt.
